<h3>Touring</h3>
<p>Our tour division is responsible for creating a broad range of merchandise for distribution at concert sites/halls and venues throughout the world for those artists with which we have exclusive rights. The tour department is responsible for:</p>
<ul>
<li>The development of a product range</li>
<li>The production and supply of all items</li>
<li>Tour logistics</li>
<li>Product movement and inventory control</li>
<li>Overseeing tour directors, tour budgets and sales projections, and</li>
<li>Monitoring financial results of all tours</li>

<h3>Retail</h3>
<p>Distributing over 3 million Tee shirts, and 1 million calendars each year to UK retailers, de-lux is a preferred supplier to retail stores. Our retail division sells pre-printed apparel from our licensed or propriety merchandise lines to department stores; major retail chains, local accounts; speciality stores; gift shops and music chains.</p>
<p>In addition to representing our music roster at retail, de-lux exclusively holds the licenses for artists and brands which include The Beatles, Trunk, Marvel Comics, Wallace & Gromit and Harley-Davidson.</p>

<h3>Licensing</h3>
<p>Our licensing division, representing our music properties, is responsible for widening the appeal of our music roster by co-ordinating third-party licensing deals i.e. dolls, cosmetics, greeting cards, books, jewellery, and accessories.</p>
<p>Understanding each property's short, medium, and long-term objectives, our business development team is extremely experienced in the varied product categories for licensing.</p>
<p>Our goal is to negotiate the right deal that will allow the Licensor to earn the highest royalty rate over the longest period of time. The accounting department works to ensure that all advance payments and royalty statements are received on time and fully complete. Furthermore, we service our Licensors with the same attention, delivering quarterly royalty statements and payments accurately and on schedule.</p>

<h3>Ecommerce</h3>
<p>Our Internet, e-commerce, fan club and mail order division is responsible for E-commerce through official artist websites, online tickets, creating and updating websites, database creation and maintenance, editorial and design, online banking, customer service and merchandise despatch.</p>

<h3>Ticketing</h3>
<p>De-lux hosts and administers online ticketing programs, providing fans with concert ticket packages and pre-public access to tickets.</p>
